BUSINESS FUNCTION - RENEWAL

After grasping the customers' needs, we will renew the equipment to meet new objectives by adding new elements
while maximizing the customers' assets.

RENEWAL OVERVIEW

1. PC / Software Updates: We will convert PC 98 and DOS/V machines to Windows.
Depending on the equipment, it is possible to convert to touch panel and to control with sequencer control.
2. Control device: We will remodel / update the power board and control panel. This acts as a measure against aged deterioration.
3. Mechanical equipment: Updating, overhauling and maintaining existing mechanical equipment will be carried out.
4. Hydraulic equipment: Update, overhaul, change oil change and flush existing hydraulic equipment.
5. Other company equipment maintenance · Commissioned calibration (Sensor updates, recalibration, etc.): We will perform maintenance work and proofreading work on other company equipment.
We will submit the inspection report after completion of proofreading work.

RENEWAL EXAMPLE OF DRIVELINE COMPONENT TEST SYSTEM

Although the necessity to install new test system has increased, companies often cannot make big investments. Here is when Automax can renew idle test machines; by updating various sensors, improving measurement accuracy, and adding servo actuators to support new test. In addition, we carried out overhauls including replacement of seals, bearings, etc.

By renewing the control unit, our latest control software can be operated.

In addition, we will judge renewal necessity of torque meter and load gauge amplifier, and propose renewal range.
